No January Blues

We hope you are all settling into the grove of the new year. January is one of our favourite months over at Twelve Below, where we are taking stock of the year just gone and are working hard, planning ahead for the coming months. Our focus is on helping our customers keep their health goals in-tact and we are looking forward to bringing our all natural, great tasting and low sugar drinks to a wider audience into 2022.

Last year, we partnered with Emily Cohen, celebrated yoga instructor from Core Collective – a well-known gym close to our hearts in London. We worked with Emily on a series of 12 minute yoga classes, of which you can follow again here. Given that our days are so busy, we think it is important to prioritise a moment (or 12!) to take time for yourself – and these yoga series are a great way to do that. Do let us know what you think, if you would like to see more, and when you manage to incorporate them into your daily routine. Mel is a fan of doing them in the morning!

As we know, many people abstain from alcohol in the month of January – and while we salute those that do, we are equally impressed with those that moderate throughout the month of January. We have worked on a delicious low calorie serve with Greenall’s Gin to see you through until the end of the month. With only 86 calories in it, due to the low sugar content of our tonic, we think that this is the perfect, guilt-free, refreshing G&T. See recipe below here:

50mls Greenall's Blueberry Gin

15mls Ginger + lemongrass cordial, we used Bottle Green

10mls Agave nectar

15mls Lime juice

Twelve Below Apple & Garden Mint

For the rest of January, we are continuing to prioritise our health and wellness goals, set intentions for the year ahead and look forward to the warmer months which are only just around the corner. We would love to hear how you are spending these last few weeks in January – do reach out to us either on email at Melanie@the-chiltern-mix.co.uk on Instagram or Facebook – our favourite responses will win a free mixed case of Twelve Below.

Stay well, keep looking after yourselves and we look forward to hearing from you.

All the best,

Mel & Ross

Founders of Twelve Below.
